Vendor Spaces Available for the GFWC Polk County Holiday Bazaar — November 20–22, 2026

The GFWC Polk County Holiday Bazaar is returning this November, and we're looking for local makers, artisans, and craftspeople to fill our 14 vendor spaces.

Event Details

• Dates: November 20–22, 2026

• Location: GFWC Polk County Service Club Clubhouse, 340 S Third St, Independence, OR 97351

• Spaces available: 14 (first come, first served)

What's Included

Each vendor space includes one 6-foot table and two chairs. Vendors are welcome to bring their own additional display materials, signage, and décor to make the space their own.

This is a handmade and artisan event — we ask that all items sold be original, handmade, or consistent with a holiday/gift focus. Direct sales and multi-level marketing companies are not eligible.

And your vendor fee goes directly toward something that matters: proceeds support our Christmas Project, which provides gifts and resources to domestic violence shelters in our community.
